ADESA Customer Connection helps dealers buy cars online from ADESA auction locations nationwide.

Support will be able to:

  • Assist with lost or forgotten passwords
  • Help you log in to ADESA.com if you have forgotten or misplaced your password or user ID
  • Assist you in the completion of an online application for ADESA.com
  • Verify the status of your registration
  • Teach you how to easily navigate this site
  • Escalate issues for resolution
Support will NOT be able to:
  • Approve applications—it is necessary for your local ADESA auction to verify application information prior to approval
  • Provide ADESA Market Guide information data

Your local ADESA auction personnel may also be able to help you with the approval process. Be sure to ask for the dealer registration representative when you contact your local auction.

Note: Auctions are required to verify the business relationship with applicants. This can usually be done in one or two business days. The process may take longer if the applicant (or business) is unknown to the auction or if there is information missing from the dealer's application.
