Our Customers
ADESA provides customers a whole car auction solution. We serve two main client types: institutional customers and dealers. Our institutional customers include:
- Vehicle manufacturers

The dealers who purchase vehicles at ADESA auctions are licensed franchises and independent wholesale dealers. The used vehicles auctioned at ADESA facilities include leased, repossessed, rental and fleet vehicles, as well as over-aged dealer inventory and unwanted dealer trade-ins.
Our Facilities
ADESA's used vehicle auction network includes auction sites that are strategically located near areas with a large concentration of used vehicle dealerships. Each site is a multi-lane, drive-through facility that hosts at least one auction a week.
We provide a full range of services for buyers and sellers, including:
- Marketing and advertising the vehicles
- Live auctioning of the vehicle in person and via the Internet using streaming audio and video
- Reconditioning services, including:
- detailing
- washing
- body work
- light mechanical work
- glass repair
- paintless dent repair
- tire and key replacement
- upholstery repair
- Inspecting and certifying vehicles
- "Best Venue" remarketing options—ADESA (whole car) or Insurance Auto Auctions (over-aged, high mileage and damaged vehicles)
- Title processing and administering paperwork
- Transportation and logistics
